Michelle Halloran is an accomplished Career Strategist & Professional Development Coach with 20+ years of experience in professional development training, professional branding, resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and career strategy/coaching. In 2008 she launched a successful consultancy providing tailored solutions that promote professional advancement and career achievement.

Michelle is the creator of the Boler School of Business Professional Development Program for John Carroll University. She is retained by Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine for the FLEX Leadership Program for Women. Michelle earned a B.S. degree from Miami University. She is a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), and Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP). Michelle calls Cleveland, Ohio, home with her husband and three children.
